Fees & Retainer Policy

Non-Refundable Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of $200.00 will be required at the time of signing the contract in order to secure your wedding date. This retainer goes towards the final bill.

Travel Fee

Onsite services within city limits are free of charge. If services are required outside city limits of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, a travel fee of $1.00/km will be applied for the round trip. If travel one way is more than 1.5 hours, a hotel room may need to be booked the night before to ensure timelines can be met accordingly. Accommodations will be determined on a case by case basis.

Second Artist Fee

For larger wedding parties or timelines that require additional support, a second artist may be hired to assist with services. This ensures that everyone is ready on time and that your morning runs smoothly and stress free. A $75 coordination fee applies when a second artist is required to accommodate your booking.
